Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Target standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA
Our Commitment
AI4Live LLC is committed to making ai4live.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to information and services should not depend on ability, and we work to make our website usable by the widest possible audience.
Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the recognized international standard for web accessibility and are the benchmark commonly applied under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
We currently consider this website to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Substantially conformant" means that most of the site meets the standard, and that we are actively working on any areas that do not.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility, we have taken the following steps:
- Built the website with semantic HTML and a logical heading structure
- Ensured all functionality is operable using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse
- Provided visible focus indicators so keyboard users can see where they are on the page
- Maintained text and background color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA thresholds
- Provided descriptive alternative text for images that convey information
- Labeled all form fields and associated error messages with their inputs
- Ensured the site remains readable and usable when text is enlarged up to 200 percent
- Designed the site to work with screen readers and assistive technologies
- Avoided content that flashes or moves in ways that may cause discomfort
- Made the site responsive and usable on mobile devices and at a range of screen sizes
- Declared the language of every page correctly, so screen readers pronounce content properly (a Spanish version of the site is in preparation and will follow the same standard)
We include accessibility as a requirement in the design and development of new pages and features, and we review accessibility when we make significant changes to the website.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may exist. We are aware that:
- Content provided by third-party services embedded on our site, such as scheduling tools and analytics, is not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard
- External websites we link to are not covered by this statement, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility
- Some older content may not yet meet every criterion; we address such content as we identify it
- The animated illustration on the home page is decorative, hidden from assistive technology, and stops when your system requests reduced motion
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, we want to know about it.
