- Consent records: five years from the date consent was given
- Client project records: for the duration of the engagement and seven years thereafter, for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
- Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
7. Your Rights and Choices
7.1 Marketing Communications
Email: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing [email protected].
Text messages: You may opt out by replying STOP to any message. You may also opt out through any other reasonable method, including by email, voicemail, or by telling us directly. We process opt-out requests within ten business days.
Phone calls: You may opt out by telling us during any call or by contacting us in writing at [email protected].
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect communications necessary to deliver services you have engaged us to provide.
7.2 Access, Correction, and Deletion
You may request that we:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you
- Provide you with a copy of that information in a portable format
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal information, subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations
- Stop processing your information for marketing purposes
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may extend by an additional 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
7.3 Residents of Certain U.S. States
If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or Florida — you may have additional rights under that law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to appeal a denied request.
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not engage in targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under such laws.

7.4 Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We do honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where technically supported.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access controls, and limiting access to personnel who need it to perform their work.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Information you share with us during a paid engagement — including business documents, data, processes, and systems — is treated as confidential and is governed by the terms of our engagement agreement and any non-disclosure agreement between us.
We do not use client data to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not share client data with other clients.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes, we will notify active clients and contacts by email where practicable. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
