A small core team, deliberately. Everyone on a project is someone who builds — there is no layer of account managers between you and the people writing the system
The team lives in Florida, Spain, Georgia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Argentina. In practice that means work continues while the US sleeps, and answers frequently arrive outside business hours — one of the reasons a two-week audit stays a two-week audit

How we handle
your data
The questions every procurement and IT team asks on the first call, answered before you ask them.
NDA before anything starts
We sign yours or send ours. Every project we have delivered since 2023 is covered by one, which is why this site shows numbers and not screenshots.
Your data stays where you want it
We deploy on your infrastructure or in a cloud account you own. A fully local option — self-hosted models, no external API calls — is available when the data cannot leave the building.
No training on your data
We do not use client data to train models, and we never expose one client's data to another. Where we use third-party model providers, we use the enterprise endpoints that exclude your inputs from training.
Least-privilege access
We ask for the narrowest access that gets the job done, on named accounts, and hand credentials back or rotate them at handover. Systems we build ship with role-based access and an audit trail.
Compliance-aware, not compliance-theater
We build to the constraints your industry imposes — data residency, retention, access control, audit logging — and document what the system does with each data type. A DPA and a subprocessor list are available on request. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
The code is yours
Source, prompts and configuration are handed over with documentation. Nothing is locked to us, and you can maintain or replace us without rebuilding.
