EdPro
One client, three separate bottlenecks, three AI systems — each with its own measurable result.
We did not implement one universal tool. We closed three bottlenecks, one system each.
A long-term partnership, not a one-off delivery
EdPro is an online education platform and a long-term AI4Live partner. The work was never a single delivery: as the business grew, new bottlenecks appeared, and each one got its own AI system.
Students waited three minutes. Now three seconds.
Students asked questions and curators answered in about three minutes on average. At night and on weekends the wait grew longer, and that showed up in engagement and course completion.
There was a hidden problem too: many questions were never asked at all. Students did not want to look incompetent in front of a person, so they stayed silent instead of getting unstuck.
The AI curator answers in about three seconds, around the clock. It has no judgement, no bias and no fatigue — only an answer. That lowered the psychological barrier, and students started asking the questions they used to keep to themselves.
Part of the curator team moved to work where a human really matters: complex cases, non-standard situations, individual support.
Three departments produced content by hand
Copywriting, briefs, edits, approvals, preparing material for different formats — all manual, and scaling the team with the volume was hard.
AI4Live built a system that knows the EdPro brand, the products, the tone of communication, the templates for each department and the standard content formats. It generates copy and materials to those templates.
One window into everything the company knows
Company information lived across many tools: the task tracker, cloud drives, internal databases, chats, the AI curator itself. Each tool had its own interface and its own logic, so finding an answer meant switching between systems.
Personal AI OS is a corporate AI assistant deployed at EdPro. It connects to the company’s tools and works as a single entry point to corporate knowledge — the team asks questions in one interface instead of searching across systems.
Not a boxed product — a configuration built for one company’s stack
Every company runs a different set of tools, so the system is connected to the client’s specific infrastructure. Setup takes about a week. EdPro was the first company where it went live; it is now an AI4Live product in its own right.
One client, three self-paying systems
AI4Live did not deploy one universal tool. We found several bottlenecks in EdPro’s business one after another and closed each with a separate AI system — so one client ended up with three solutions, each of which pays for itself on its own.
