A large international pharmaceutical company came to AI4Live with five independent directions: different teams, different processes, different tasks, different scenarios for AI. We scoped each separately and delivered five independent products, each able to run on its own.
Clinical trial tracker
Manual monitoring of clinical trial registries across three national markets was slow and unreliable. The team needed changes tracked regularly and reported in a structured form.
The AI system scans the state registry and the relevant industry registries daily, records every change and sends the report to the team automatically.
AI video analysis
The team had to watch video material by hand: find brand mentions, mark the relevant moments, produce subtitles, locate events inside long recordings.
The system analyzes video automatically, detects events and structures the results in a player interface with an event panel.
This product became the basis of AI4Live’s own SaaS product, AI Video Analysis.
Executive AI avatars
Internal presentations and corporate video required the speaker to be physically present: filming, editing, approvals, an executive’s calendar. That slowed every corporate release down.
AI4Live built AI avatars of the company’s executives. Video is produced with their face and voice without a full shoot: the speaker records audio, we produce the video, and the material can be adapted to any language and format. This work is ongoing.
Real-time collaborative puzzle
A corporate event with participants in different cities needed an interactive tool for working together on screen.
AI4Live built a platform for assembling images collaboratively in real time: a shared board, an admin panel, and support for up to 1,000 simultaneous participants.
Primary document analysis
The largest project of the engagement: an enterprise-scale system for analyzing and processing primary documentation with AI. The details are under NDA.
